WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY?

Please email or text me me if you want to cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Exceptions can be made for emergencies.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

I do not accept insurance at this time. Payments are out of pocket.

WHAT IF I HAVE A HEALTH CONDITION?

During our initial consult we will discuss any health conditions you may have, that way I can tailor the program towards your health needs.

HOW OFTEN CAN WE FOLLOW-UP?

After our initial appointment, I recommend a 2 week check-in for the first follow-up just to see how things are going. For the next follow-up you can choose a date that works for you!

WHO CAN I WORK WITH?

I can provide counseling services to individuals in WI, MN, AR, FL, IN, KY, MA, MD, NC, NH, NM, TX, CA, MI, CO, AZ, VA, NJ.
