WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY?

Please email me if you want to cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If you provide less than a 24-hour notice you will be charged. Additional information will be provided on this policy when you book.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

I accept aetna, united health care, cigna, and sana benefits. If you are interested in what your insurance covers, send me an email and I can get your benefits checked.

WHAT IF I HAVE A HEALTH CONDITION?

During our initial consult we will discuss any health conditions you may have, that way I can tailor the program towards your health needs.

HOW OFTEN CAN WE FOLLOW-UP?

After our initial appointment, I recommend a 2 week check-in for the first follow-up just to see how things are going. For the next follow-up you can choose a date that works for you!

WHO CAN I WORK WITH?

I can only provide counseling services to individuals in WI, MN, CA, CO, MI, AZ, TX, NY, NJ, VA.
